1. Who you are contracting with
The applications published at apps.rmkpro.com are operated by Ruben Lo Iacono, doing business as RMKPRO AI Solutions (“we,” “us,” “our”).

By purchasing a subscription or using any of our applications, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use them.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. If you are signing up on behalf of a company or brokerage, you confirm you have the authority to bind it to these terms.
2. Our applications
These terms cover every application we publish. Today those are:
- Lexi Smart Assistant — an assistant for licensed real estate agents
- Roof Tape — a roof measurement and estimating tool for roofing contractors
Sections 1 to 3 and 8 to 15 apply to all of them. Sections 4 to 7 contain the rules specific to each application. Where an application-specific section conflicts with a general one, the application-specific section governs for that application.
If we launch additional applications, these terms will be updated to cover them.
3. Your account
You are responsible for everything done through your account, and for keeping the email account associated with it secure. Neither application uses passwords: sign-in relies on a verification code sent to your email address, so anyone who can read your inbox can sign in as you. Tell us at support@rmkpro.com immediately if you believe that has happened.
Each account is licensed to one person or one business. Do not share it, and do not resell access to it.
The professional details you provide — name, company, license number, phone, website, logo — appear on the documents you generate. You are responsible for their accuracy, and you confirm that any license number you provide is valid and yours.
3.1 Lexi Smart Assistant
Your email address is your account. You request a six-digit code, which expires after ten minutes; entering it keeps you signed in on that device for thirty days. Signing out ends the session immediately on our servers, not only on your device.
3.2 Roof Tape
Your contractor code is your account, together with a verification code sent to the email address on file. Sessions last seven days. One session at a time: signing in on a new device ends the session on the previous one.
4. What each application does, and its limits
Our applications are productivity tools. They do not provide real estate, legal, tax, lending, engineering, or financial advice, and they do not replace your professional judgment or a physical inspection.
4.1 Lexi Smart Assistant
Depending on your plan, Lexi can create branded property flyers, search listings and email them to your buyer under your own branding, produce a comparative market analysis, run a quick qualifier estimate, and store your leads in a built-in CRM.
- Listing data, valuations, and comparables come from third-party sources and may be incomplete, delayed, or out of date.
- A comparative market analysis produced by Lexi is not an appraisal and is not prepared by a licensed appraiser.
- Quick qualifier figures are estimates only. They are not a pre-approval, a loan commitment, or a quote, and actual terms depend on the lender.
- Descriptions and other written content are generated automatically by AI and may contain errors.
You are responsible for verifying every figure and statement before you send it to a client or rely on it in a transaction, and for making sure it complies with the advertising, disclosure, and fair housing rules that apply to you and your brokerage.
4.2 Roof Tape
Roof Tape produces roof measurement estimates from a property address, using aerial and satellite data, and delivers them as a PDF report branded with your company information.
- Measurements come from third-party aerial imagery and modeling. They are approximations.
- Imagery may be out of date. On new construction it may show the lot before the house was built. Where imagery is more than three years old, the report says so.
- Some properties cannot be measured at all, because they are not in the available data.
- Complex roofs, heavy tree cover, and unusual geometry reduce accuracy.
You are responsible for verifying measurements on site before ordering material, submitting a bid, or signing a contract with your customer.
5. Plans and billing
Prices are in U.S. dollars and exclude any applicable taxes. Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel, except where stated otherwise below, and your card is charged on each renewal date.
You may cancel at any time from the billing portal inside the application. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for; after that the account is deactivated and sign-in stops working. Upgrades take effect immediately with the difference prorated; downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Refunds. Fees already paid are non-refundable, including one-time setup charges, partial periods, and unused allowances. This does not limit any right you have under California law, and it does not apply where we have charged you in error — contact us and we will fix it.
Failed payments. If a payment fails, we may suspend access until it is resolved. We will attempt to notify you at the email address on your account.
Price changes. We may change prices. If we do, we will give account holders at least 30 days’ notice by email before the change applies to your renewal. If you do not agree to the new price, you may cancel before it takes effect.

Every plan, including Starter, carries a one-time Onboarding & Setup charge of $119, disclosed at checkout. It covers configuring your branding and your assistant, and it is charged once when you first sign up.
Flyer allowances reset on the first day of each calendar month and do not carry over. Premium is presented as unlimited and is subject only to a high internal ceiling that exists to prevent abuse.
Starter has no monthly fee and does not renew automatically. The one-time Onboarding & Setup charge gives you twelve months of access. We will email you approximately thirty days before your Starter term ends. If you renew before the expiry date, you are not charged the Onboarding & Setup fee again. If you do not renew, your account is deactivated on the expiry date and sign-in stops working; you may return later, but reactivating requires purchasing a subscription again, including a new Onboarding & Setup charge. It is your responsibility to keep a working email address on your account and to watch for that notice.
5.2 Roof Tape

Monthly plans include a one-time onboarding and setup charge, disclosed at checkout.
One successful report uses one credit. If an address cannot be measured, no credit is charged. Plan credits reset on the first day of each month and do not carry over. Extra credits may be purchased in packs of five for $10; they are used only after your plan credits are exhausted and expire at the end of your current billing cycle.
6. Information about other people
Both applications let you enter information about people who are not our customers — your clients. You are responsible for having the right to enter that information. You confirm you obtained it lawfully in the course of your business and that you are permitted to share it with a service provider.
We hold that information on your behalf and use it only to operate the service for you. We do not sell it. See our Privacy Policy for details.
6.1 Lexi Smart Assistant
Lexi stores your leads — names, email addresses, phone numbers, property interests, and your notes — and sends listing emails to the buyers you choose, under your branding and from your name. You confirm you have any consent required to contact those people, and that your use of Lexi complies with the laws that apply to you, including anti-spam and telemarketing rules and the fair housing laws.
6.2 Roof Tape
Roof Tape stores the property owner name and phone number you choose to enter, and deletes them after 90 days. Roof Tape does not contact property owners. Reports are delivered to you, and you decide what to do with them.
7. Acceptable use
You may not:
- Share your account with people outside your business, or resell access to it
- Use automated tools to submit requests in bulk, or extract data from the service at scale
- Attempt to access another customer’s account, documents, or billing information
- Probe, scan, or interfere with the service or the systems it runs on
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose, or to produce estimates or marketing you know to be false or misleading
- Use the service to send unsolicited bulk email to people who have not agreed to hear from you
- Remove, alter, or obscure our attribution where it appears
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.
8. Ownership
Your documents and your records are yours. The flyers, reports, estimates, and CRM records you generate belong to you, and you may use them commercially without restriction from us.
The services are ours. The Lexi and Roof Tape names, the software, the document designs, and the underlying systems remain our property. Your subscription grants you the right to use the service, not to copy or resell it.
Your brand stays yours. By uploading a logo and company details you give us permission to place them on the documents you generate. That is the only thing we use them for.
9. Availability
We aim to keep our applications running, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. They depend on third-party services — including mapping, listing data and AI providers, Stripe, our email provider, and our hosting provider — and an outage at any of them can interrupt the service.
We may perform maintenance, and we may change or discontinue features. If we discontinue an application entirely, we will give its account holders at least 30 days’ notice and refund any prepaid period not yet used.
10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The services are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or accuracy. We do not warrant that measurements, listing data, valuations, or estimates will be correct, or that the services will be error-free.
We are not liable for business losses. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost profits, lost commissions, lost business, underbid or overbid jobs, material ordered in error, transactions that fail to close, disputes with your customers or your brokerage, regulatory or licensing consequences, or any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the services — even if we were advised such damages were possible.
Our total liability to you, for any claim arising out of these terms or your use of the services, is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations. Where that is the case, these limits apply to the fullest extent the law permits, and nothing here limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
11. Indemnity
You agree to defend and indemnify us against claims arising from your use of the services, including claims by your customers about documents or figures you provided them, claims arising from information you entered about other people or messages sent on your behalf, and claims arising from your violation of these terms.
12. Termination
You may stop using any application at any time by cancelling your subscription.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, if your payment fails and is not resolved, or if we are required to by law. Where the circumstances allow, we will tell you why.
On termination, your right to use the service ends. Sections 6, 8, 10, 11, and 13 survive.
13. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of our applications will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you and we consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
Before filing anything, please email support@rmkpro.com. Most problems are faster to fix than to litigate.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The current version is always posted here with its effective date.
If a change materially affects your rights or obligations, we will notify account holders by email at least 30 days before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the updated terms. If you do not accept them, cancel before they take effect.
15. Miscellaneous
These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding our applications.
If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remain in force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.
You may not transfer your rights under these terms without our written consent. We may transfer ours in connection with a sale or reorganization of the business.
